Hydraulic Systems Repair
We provide complete diagnosis, repair, final testing and inspection of the following;
Hydraulic gear, vane, and piston pumps, power-take-offs, manual control valves, servo and pilot valves, full and partial pressure controllers, hydraulic rotary swivels and manifolds, as well as linear and rotary hydraulic actuators.
Aerial and Crane Inspections
We perform annual bucket truck inspections and dielectric testing as per A.N.S.I. 92.2 standard.
We perform annual crane inspections and load testing up to 60 ton truck mounted units as per A.S.M.E. standards.
We also provide annual inspection and dielectric testing of all makes of insulated digger derricks.
Hose and Fittings
We custom fabricate hydraulic hose assemblies with pressure ratings up to 5000 PSI, as well as A.N.S.I. rated non-conductive hoses used in all insulated booms. We specialize in intricate hose replacement in the most complex aerial or crane units. We maintain a fully stocked inventory of Parker and Eaton hose, fittings, and adapters to facilitate your hydraulic plumbing needs.
Fiberglass Bucket Repair
We are a major supplier of replacement fiberglass buckets, covers, and non-conductive guards.
When a damaged bucket is deemed repairable, we provide expert fiberglass repair and refinishing, along with static load testing of the repaired areas.
Power-Take-Offs, Pumps, Auxiliary Power Supply Units
We are a major supplier and rebuilder of cable-shift, air-shift, and power-shift power-take-offs.
Our many years of experience lend us to expert troubleshooting and repair your most complex hydraulic pumps.
We pride ourselves on our ability to balance and test variable rate pressure compensated delivery systems.
We are a major supplier of emergency-pump systems, as well as an up-fitter of auxiliary power for your equipment.
Winch and Rotation Drives
Our technicians have the experience to diagnose all problems arising in planetary winches and rotation drives.
We perform complete rebuilding of planetary and worm/sector gear boxes along with hydraulic braking features.
Our parts department stocks most sizes of bearings, seals and bushings and gaskets used to facilitate these repairs.
We are a major supplier of rotation resistant as well as 6x37winch cable ranging up to 38,500 lb. break strength.
Control System Repair
We are able to quickly and efficiently troubleshoot, pinpoint, and repair the following;
